BMW Gearbox / Transmission Rebuilds & Repair
A full rebuild includes Bearings, Seals,  Gaskets, and other parts as needed. Broken Clutch cable eyelets, motor mounts, and chipped corners can be welded and machined.
Four speed /5 series.
Set of Bearings and seals four speed/5.
 

Fife speed 1974 until 1995 this is a R100GSPD

 

Out put shaft upgrade with snap ring for later models.

 
  

Journal damage (tapered)            welded and reground

  Transmission output shaft 5th gear journal repair for airheads

 
M97 second gear engagement cogs rounded to the point it jumps under acceleration

 
       

Fife speed R1100 93 on, all three shafts with Gears.

   

Consider Inter mediate shaft third gear repair instead replacing the whole shaft contact us, worn shift forks are a good indicator for the source of the problem.
